The M.Tech. programme is a four semester post graduate programme which consists of two semesters of course work and two semesters of project work. The admission for this programme is based on the percentile score in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) and personal interviews conducted at SVNIT Surat. The M.Tech. programme is offered in the following streams of the department.
