Rapid urbanization and improved socio-economic status from past few decades have resulted in higher waste generation. The problem become more severe when the generated waste is not disposed/handled properly. Waste management is very crucial for the economic development of a country. So, the basic and main aim of waste management is to promote economic growth and prevention of the environment. Moreover, it is very necessary to reduce the usage of resources and reuse the waste to prevent the quality of life for the future generations. Invited eminent speakers will present the outcomes of the research carried out in recent times on Sustainable Waste Management Practices. The conference is aimed to develop potential thrust on Wastewater Treatment Practices (Domestic/Industrial), Solid Waste Management Practices (MSW/Hazardous/C & D waste/Plastic Waste/Bio-medical waste etc.) The programme will benefit the decision-makers, professionals from consultancy firms, municipal environmental engineers, academicians, scientists, postgraduate students and Research Scholars.
