A rover is an ATV (All-terrain vehicle) supposed to traverse unexpected and unusual terrains and be must be able to perform some tasks such as helping the astronaut, taking soil samples and many other things. Also as the ROVER is put up on another planet, it must also be able to communicate till earth to send various data such as results of soil and air sampling, live video and the climate conditions on that place.This year we have participated in Indian Rover Challenge 2018 and secured 4th rank in all over India with the features of sand sampling and land mapping system integrated in this rover.
A plotter gives a hard copy of the output. It draws pictures on a paper using a pen. Plotters offered the fastest way to efficiently produce very large drawings or colour high-resolution vector-based artwork when computer memory was very expensive and processor power was very limited, and other types of printers had limited graphic output capabilities. Such devices may still understand vector languages originally designed for plotter use, because in many uses, they offer a more efficient alternative to raster data.
The purpose of the project was to make a cleaning robot that could clean the floor efficiently and automatically. The cleaning should be done following some sequential stages ( Brooming, Vaccum cleaning, Mopping) The design of the robot used is such that it is having optimum dimensions and easy handling. To save over time of cleaning we can use this cleaning robot, which will be automatically able to clean the room efficiently in less time.

A combinational lock is the type of lock that opens on the combination of numbers of letters depending upon our arrangement. We made the prototype of the lock “cryptex” as designed by the Leonardo da Vinci and also a lock that can be put up on the door and will prevent the door from opening, unless the true combination of numbers is set.
A box transporting system is a common piece of mechanical handling equipment that moves materials from one location to another. Box transporter systems allow quick and efficient transportation for a wide variety of materials, which make them very popular in the material handling and packaging industries.
It is a mechanism that consumes less time for return stroke and more time for forward stroke, hence this property of this mechanism can be used for various applications like for machining in Shaper, then as a boxing glove dummy, etc. This mechanism primarily purpose is to give different speed to forward and reverse stroke. The dimensions of the link decides the speed and stroke length.
The quadcopter we made was having a frame structure of F450, which is a normal hobby drone frame structure. The project now is completed for flying with a RC Flysky FT6B 6 channel transmitter and receiver. The next development of the project is making it fully autonomous using a GPS and compass module and making use of the quad for aerial mapping other purposes.
The design is of a straight-line mechanism which gives us magnified motion of pressure piston; which is attached to the top of an engine cylinder. when pressure increases in the engine cylinder, the piston goes up and due to that our mechanism magnifies its motion but with magnification as "K". In our case it is 2.77. When pressure decreases in cylinder, a similar action happens. Here we change the piston is depicted by the slider.
1) Energy Efficient Department Lobby -We need light intensity above a threshold value for general functioning in department lobby. -This model when applied will automate lobby lights in accordance with time of the day and minimum sensors after training of a machine learning model. -We made a miniature lobby to depict the above model. 2) Automation with Natural Language Processing -We made an Android app which can on/off appliances of the a particular Room by giving a voice commands in Natural language. -The app takes decision after speech to text processing.
Chemicar project Chemicar is an initiative taken by drishti students to sustain the enviornment by using alternate sources of fuel and to encourage participation in applied sciences. As the name suggests the car produces work entirey from its chemical components.
THE MAIN AIM OF THE PROJECT IS TO CLEAN THE POLLUTING WATER BODIES WITH THE HELP OF A CLEANING BOT WHICH IS CONTROLLED WIRELESSLY AND FURTHER CAN BE MADE AUTONOMOUS. THE BOT HAS TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF COLLECTING THE SOLID TRASH PRESENT IN THE WATER BODIES LIKE PLASTIC BAGS, PLASTIC BOTTLES, SMALL OBJECTS, ETC… FURTHER IT SHOULD ALSO BE ABLE TO CUT THE SMALL PLANTS AND WEEDS GROWING -ON THE WATER SURFACE AND ALSO COLLECT THEM IN THE TRASH PIT. AFTER THIS PROCESS, IT SHOULD EMPTY THIS TRASH INTO A DISPOSABLE PIT.
A mechanical gun is same as gun, the only difference is it doesn’t use chemical power or any sort of other power except pure mechanical power. From this we can understand that mechanical power is too hard to generate as compared to other powers. The range of the gun is too less to do any damage to anyone.
In simple words Braille printer is eye for a blind people. It is an impact printer that renders text as tactile Braille cells. Output of every Braille printer is a braille language embossed on Braille paper. There are many ways of input to Braille printer that are typewriter, through OCR, voice translation, soft copy (PDF etc.).

We know about solar energy and rainwater harvesting but there are many things that can be used like vertical garden, fly ash bricks, SIP(structural insulated panel),etc.
