The submission should begin with a title, names of authors, a short abstract, and a list of key words. Its introduction should summarize the contributions of the paper at a level appropriate for a non-specialist reader. The papers shall be at most, 8 pages and in the IEEE format. Full papers in either soft or hard forms can be sent to the coordinator at the offficial address for communication of this workshop by the last date as mentioned elsewhere in this site. The Collection of all the accepted papers shall be handed over in the form of informal proceedings to the registered participants at the time of the workshop.

       Authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their paper will be presented at the Workshop. One registration is compulsory against each accepted paper.
